CLEANSING: Use a gentle mild cleanser in the morning. Since your skin is already clean in the morning because you have already done your night care routine. Therefore, no deep cleaning is required in the morning. Just use a mild sulphate and paraben free cream based cleanser and finally rinse your face with water. Also remember to use a clean towel and tap tap your face instead of rubbing it. Taaaaa daaaa you are ready for your next step.
TONING: use any mild toner which is alcohol free. In case you can’t decide which toner to use, then simply use Rosewater. This will add freshness to your face.
SERUM: Any good serum such as marine Hyaluronic serum, Snail Mucin serum, Rose serum, etc. can be used to add nutritious to your skin. The serum gets absorbed deep in the skin and provides benefits. A separate eye serum can also be used like caffeine serum to reduce eye bags and dark circles or vitamin E serum to reduce crowfeet or any other good quality serum to keep your under eye area hydrated as this is the most sensitive area of your skin.
MOISTURIZATION: This is one of the important step. Many people with oily skin does not moisturize their skin, which is the biggest mistake. Moisturization is important as it waters your skin like a plant and also acts as a barrier between skin and external environment. Oily skin people can prefer using water based moisturizer that won’t make their skin further oily.
SUNSCREEN: This is one of the important step that maximum people skip. Applying sunscreen during daytime is very important as it prevents skin from damage, early maturing and skin cancers. But in the rush people are just following the crowd and buying sunscreens with good brands which are quite pricy.
BUT ARE YOU CHOOSING THE RIGHT SUNSCREE?
Majority of the sunscreens contains harsh chemicals which are very dangerous for your entire health.

First of all as we all know physical sunscreens are better that chemical sunscreens as chemical sunscreens get absorbed in the skin and physical sunscreens just forms a layer above the skin.
Before buying any sunscreen just read the ingredient list and ignore the sunscreens which contains any of these:-• Oxybenzone
• Octinoxate
(Octyl methoxycinnamate)
• Homosalate
• Octisalate
• Octocrylene
• Avobenzone
The above mentioned ingredients are listed as unsafe according to studies published by the FDA. It has been observed that these chemicals gets absorbed through skin and it has been found that they could be detected on the skin, blood, breast milk and urine as well.
Therefore, sunscreens with these ingredients are a big NO NO.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN A SUNSCREENPrefer buying physical sunscreens which contains the following ingredients:-
• Titanium dioxide
• Zinc dioxide
The girls are now ready to apply makeup if u want and the guys are already ready to just style your hair and you are ready to GO.
Further, I would also like to add that in addition to following this skincare, guys and girls you also have to drink plenty of water and eat fruits and nuts daily to get that permanent internal glow.
